Is SKUpics Studios able to meet my specific needs?
The most likely answer will begin with "yes". We pride ourselves on being very agile and adaptable. Our systems are all designed in-house. We create and integrate software, hardware and personnel to meet all of your imaging needs. The size of your company and the number of products is just part of the equation. We take pride in our work and, whether the job is one item or thousands, you have our attention and dedication. We are very aware that these images are part of your image.
What is involved in the imaging process?
The process can be as simple as this: you ship us your products, we take the pictures, and we return the products to you, or as complex as arranging to hire a team of photographers to photograph your products on site. (Or, for that matter, anywhere in between and beyond.)
I have a large product that needs photographed, can SKUpics Studios handle it?
Items to be photographed can be: small, big, simple, complex, shiny, dull, one piece, require assembly, clean, filthy, light, heavy, perishable, non-perishable... Well, you get the point—we're flexible. Our multiple studio facilities are located in a warehouse equipped to handle a wide variety of products. Prices may vary, but the quality does not.
I want my products to look different than everyone else's. How much customization do you offer?
If you know exactly how you want your items positioned in the images, tell us. If you don't, ask us. Our photographers can access your style guides for each item and pose the item accordingly. You can even have multiple guides for items that will result in multiple poses and images. Flexibility is our middle name.
Do I as a client get to be a part of the imaging project?
Quality assurance is a major part of our system. You'll be able to follow every step of the process using our client website and to accept or reject an image that doesn't meet your needs. We give you all of the tools necessary to make that determination, including image size, item angle, and clipping path.
How are my images delivered?
Images can be delivered to you in any number of ways and formats. In the unlikely event that you come up with a method of delivery we hadn't considered, we'll work with you to make it happen.
Who owns the images?
You own all rights to the final images. We do like to ask for permission to use some images in our portfolio to display to other potential clients. We're proud of the images we produce!
